We take a deep dive into one topic: Accessibility in UX / design / social media, neuroinclusion in product design, digital bias, or EAA/BFSG readiness.

Hands-on all the way. Each session is tailored to your context.

Our work gets deeper and longer in a consulting engagement. When I work with a team for 3 or 6 months, workshops are built into the structure at key moments, along with advisory hours your team can draw on and deep dives into the areas with the biggest gaps or most potential.

It’s about the timing and the rhythm of how the work develops properly and the goal all the time is to embed inclusion into the way you build in a way that sticks after we’re done.

A structured review that provides you with a clear picture of where you are at with inclusion and where to focus first.

I look at all your digital touch points. The WCAG compliance of your product and core user flows, social media, language and writing, imagery and representation, and neuroinclusion.

Findings are reported in business terms, what the gaps mean for your risk and reach, and where the biggest opportunities lie. You leave with a summary and your top 3 actions.

The structure gives the work more room to breathe: a kick-off, two retro workshops at key milestones, a bigger pool of advisory hours, thematic deep dives and a close-out workshop with a framework your team owns going forward.

What a 6-month engagement looks like:

Before the kick-off workshop, I analyse your digital presence across platforms, covering product, social media, language and visual communication, so we start with a shared, honest picture of where things stand.

From there, the kick-off workshop looks at your processes and your team's existing knowledge of inclusion.

The engagement then runs with a consistent rhythm: six thematic deep dives into the areas with the highest impact, advisory hours your team can draw on between sessions, and a monthly retro session to review what has shifted and adjust the focus for the next phase. It closes with a workshop and a documented framework your team can apply and build on independently.

Three-month engagements follow the same structure with a tighter scope, suited to a single product surface or a defined goal.
