Hey, I’m Antonia.
This site is still under construction - but the work, the thinking, and the conversations are very much happening.

I’m a Hamburg-based digital designer, consultant and speaker. I work with teams who want to build digital products that feel thoughtful, usable and future-ready. For real people, in real contexts.

I work where accessibility, inclusion, sustainability and education come together. Not as abstract ideas, but as practical design decisions. Because design is never neutral - and digital spaces quietly decide who gets to participate, who feels welcome, and who gets left out.

Inclusive defaults create better experiences for everyone.
Inclusion fuels innovation, resilience and stronger teams. Exclusion, on the other hand, costs users, markets and trust.

I’m known for combining strategic clarity with real-world pragmatism.
I help teams understand not just why inclusion matters, but how it becomes a meaningful, doable part of everyday product work.
